NetOne data bundles: how to buy them online (from anywhere)
Why NetOne top-ups online
NetOne is Zimbabwe's second-largest mobile network, and topping it up online beats hunting for an agent. There's no queue, no travel, and the bundle lands on the number within seconds of your payment clearing.
It also works from outside Zimbabwe. Whether you're in South Africa, the UK or anywhere else, you can buy a NetOne bundle for family back home and pay by card or instant EFT.
Know the number, know the network
NetOne numbers in Zimbabwe start with 071. Before paying, confirm the recipient's number and that they're really on NetOne — a NetOne bundle can't be delivered to an Econet or Telecel number, and a wrong network is the most common reason a top-up fails.
If the phone is switched off or out of coverage, don't worry: the bundle still lands, and the recipient sees it the next time they check their balance.
Step by step
1. Go to the Buy page and choose Zimbabwe.
2. Pick NetOne as the network.
3. Choose a bundle or enter a custom airtime amount between US$1 and US$30.
4. Enter the recipient's number with the country code +263.
5. Sign in (or create a free account) and pay by card or instant EFT.
6. Your receipt page confirms delivery within seconds.
What it costs
You pay the network's price plus a small service fee: 2.85% on orders above US$3, or a fixed R1 on smaller orders. The fee is shown before you pay, and the recipient receives the full bundle value.
Example: a US$10 NetOne top-up costs US$10.29 all-in. There are no other charges.
