1. Our service
RechargeAlways sells prepaid airtime, data, voice and broadband bundles and digital gift cards for South Africa and Zimbabwe. Products are delivered by the relevant network or brand.
2. Service fee disclaimer
A tiered service fee is charged on every completed transaction: R1 for transactions up to R50, R2 from R51 to R100, 2% from R101 to R500, and 1% from R501 upward. US-dollar orders use their rand-equivalent value to determine the fee band. The fee is added on top and shown before payment; the recipient receives the full voucher, airtime or bundle value. The fee is non-refundable except where an order fails and is fully refunded.
3. Orders and delivery
Please check the recipient number or email carefully. Top-ups are normally instant and cannot be reversed once delivered. If delivery fails, we will refund the full amount paid.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in the local currency of the product (Rand, US Dollar or ZWG). Network prices may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies.
5. Gift and gaming cards
Gift card codes are sent to the recipient email you provide and are subject to the issuing brand's own terms. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
