Service fee disclaimer: A tiered service fee is charged on every completed transaction: R1 for transactions up to R50, R2 from R51 to R100, 2% from R101 to R500, and 1% from R501 upward. US-dollar orders use their rand-equivalent value to determine the fee band. The fee is added on top and shown before payment; the recipient receives the full voucher, airtime or bundle value. The fee is non-refundable except where an order fails and is fully refunded.
