How to top up TelOne voice and broadband in Zimbabwe
TelOne works differently from mobile networks
TelOne is Zimbabwe's fixed-line operator — home voice lines and broadband like TelOne WiFibre — so topping it up isn't the same as loading airtime on a phone. The top-up is tied to the TelOne account attached to the line, not to a SIM card.
That means the single most important step is getting the account details right. Have the TelOne account number (or the landline number the account is registered to) ready before you start.
Step by step
1. Go to the Buy page and choose Zimbabwe.
2. Pick TelOne as the network.
3. Choose the service you're topping up — voice or broadband — and the amount.
4. Enter the account or line details requested on the form.
5. Sign in (or create a free account) and pay by card or instant EFT.
6. Your receipt page confirms once the top-up is delivered.
If the top-up doesn't reflect
Fixed-line systems can take a few minutes to sync after a payment. Wait a short while and check again before raising a problem.
If it still hasn't reflected, open a support ticket with your order reference and the account details you used — we'll follow it up with TelOne. Keep your receipt page open; it has the order reference you'll need.
What it costs
You pay the service price plus a small service fee: 2.85% on orders above US$3, or a fixed R1 on smaller orders. The fee is shown before you pay.
